Registered users of the MidlandsChoice.com secure website must access their web account to keep it current. Due to security purposes, if a year passes with no utilization of the web account, access to the secure site will be terminated. If a user attempts to log in and finds their account has been terminated, reactivation may be requested by calling Midlands Choice at 800-605-8259.
MidlandsChoice.com website users who have registered for and been approved to receive exclusive access to the secured features on the website can view the status of claims submitted to Midlands Choice, view and print copies of repricing face sheets, find out how to contact payers, look up information for employer groups and more. The secure website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Those who are not currently registered users may register for a secure account by going to the For Healthcare Providers section on the MidlandsChoice.com website and select Register for a Provider Account. Each individual in an office must register for a separate account.
