Group Administrators, Ltd is a new payer with Midlands Choice. Claims for members of Group Administrators should be submitted to Midlands Choice as listed on the member identification card.
Effective January 1, 2024, Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons, PC will begin coverage through Group Administrators, Ltd. This group was previously with Assured Benefits Administrators.
