Medica Preventive Medicine and Screening Policy

Effective January 1, 2017, Medica is implementing a Preventive Medicine and Screening policy which addresses reimbursement of preventive medicine services when performed with other evaluation and management (E/M), screening and miscellaneous services.

Resubmitting Corrected Claims
