First Administrators Inc., a payer contracted with Midlands Choice, has given notification that they are terminating their relationship with us effective December 31, 2013.  Patients who are currently members with First Administrators will need to supply updated insurance information for services incurred on or after January 1, 2014.

All claims for covered services rendered by Midlands Choice network providers that are incurred on or prior to December 31, 2013, as well as adjustment requests and provider appeals for dates of service through December 31, 2013 will continue to be accepted and processed by First Administrators.  However, since First Administrators is shutting down business, they are requesting that all claims incurred for services on or before December 31, 2013 be submitted by February 15, 2014 so that they can be processed as quickly as possible.
