A new third party administrator, Hawaii Mainland Administrators (HMA), has been appointed by the receiver as the administrator for Medova Lifestyle plans.
Midlands Choice has reinstated all employer groups that are still active with Lifestyle. The groups that are terminated have had claims sent to HMA for processing for dates of service prior to the termination date.
All claims rejected to providers will be repriced and sent to Medova/HMA. Providers do not need to resubmit the claims.
