Effective March 1, 2021, the group County of Dakota County will be moving coverage from Cigna to Mid-American Benefits. The new group number will be 43730000. Mid-American Benefits will be performing run-in. Claims should be submitted with the Mid-American Benefits group number for all dates of service, including dates of service prior to March 1, 2021.
