Effective November 9, Cigna will no longer participate in the Council on Affordable Quality Healthcare® (CAQH) EnrollHub for new electronic funds transfer (EFT) enrollments or changes. As a result, providers will need to use the Cigna for Health Care Professionals website (CignaforHCP.com) to enroll in EFT with Cigna or request changes to existing Cigna EFT enrollments going forward. This change only affects EFT and does not affect any other CAQH service that providers may currently use for Cigna, such as CAQH ProView® for credentialing.

Providers who have been using CAQH EnrollHub for new Cigna EFT enrollments and to request changes to existing EFT enrollments will now need to:

• Use CignaforHCP.com for these activities.
• Be registered for CignaforHCP.com, and confirm with their practice’s website access manager that they have the ability to enroll in EFT. Providers can identify their website access manager by calling 800-853-2713.
• Log in to CignaforHCP.com > Working with Cigna > Electronic Funds Transfer > Enroll in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Options to perform these EFT enrollment activities.
