The Midlands Choice credentialing department has made a change in how notification of credentialing approval and effective date are sent. Letters will no longer be sent through the postal service.  Instead, the contact noted on the application will be sent an email notification that the provider has been approved. If an email is not received, please contact Midlands Choice at credential@midlandschoice.com or call (800) 605-8259.
