Employee Benefit Systems is issuing updated member ID cards to the employees of Henry County Health Center and S & J Tube Corporation. The new ID cards will include the group number that should be used when submitting medical claims. The group number for Henry County Health Center is HCHC. The group number for S & J Tube Corporation is SJTUBE.
